While we may reference certain results, outcomes or situations on this Site or Offering, you understand and acknowledge that we make no guarantee as to the accuracy of any third-party statements or the likelihood of success for you as a result of any statements or testimonials contained on our Site or as part of the Offering.

 

3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients must provide accurate, timely, and complete information necessary to perform the services. Failure to do so may result in delays, service suspension, or termination.

 

4. PAYMENT TERMS

All fees are in USD and are due per the contract or invoice terms.

  • “Starting at” pricing on the Site reflects base estimates and may vary based on scope.
     

  • You are responsible for all agreed payments regardless of participation.
     

  • No refunds are guaranteed. Refunds, if any, are at our sole discretion.
     

  • You agree not to initiate chargebacks. You will be liable for related legal or collection fees if a chargeback is initiated.
     

  • For payment plans, you authorize continued access to your payment method until the full amount is paid.
     

5. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Ongoing services may be canceled with written notice, as stated in your signed contract. Refunds for one-time projects are not guaranteed and are typically not issued once work has begun.

Client understands and agrees that in using the Services, Consultant is not providing individual legal, tax, or accounting advice and any information provided is for general information and educational purposes only. 

 

6. LIMITED LICENSE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content and materials on our Site or in our Offerings—including text, images, videos, designs, graphics, layouts, logos, and downloadable materials—are the intellectual property of The Organized Desk, LLC unless stated otherwise.

You receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:
